"And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people."

TEACHING

Education as a Divine Calling

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” - Proverbs 22:6

True education begins with a spiritual foundation. Guiding young minds toward Christ is not merely an academic responsibility, but a sacred calling. Education shapes not only intellect, but character, values, and purpose. As Ellen G. White writes in Education, p. 17, “It is the work of true education… to train the youth to be thinkers, and not mere reflectors of other men’s thought.”

This vision of education emphasizes discernment, moral strength, and spiritual depth. It seeks to develop individuals who think clearly, act faithfully, and live with conviction. For Dr. Kas-Danouche, every classroom becomes a place where minds are cultivated and hearts are directed to the Master Teacher, Jesus Christ.

Education as the Pursuit of True Wisdom

In a world that often equates education with status or achievement, Scripture points us to a higher understanding of wisdom. True knowledge is not found in human institutions alone, but in a living relationship with Christ.

Ellen G. White writes: “The true ‘higher education’ is that imparted by Him ‘in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.’”(The Desire of Ages, p. 465; cf. Colossians 2:3; John 1:4)

Jesus Himself declared, “He that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” Education that is centered on Christ provides more than intellectual growth. It offers spiritual clarity, moral guidance, and eternal perspective. Learning becomes a journey toward divine wisdom, illuminated by truth and anchored in faith.

Education as Preparation for Service

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” -Colossians 3:23

The ultimate purpose of education is service. Every lesson learned and every skill developed is meant to be used for the blessing of others and the glory of God. Scripture calls believers to pursue excellence with wholehearted dedication, recognizing that all work is an act of worship when done unto the Lord.

Ellen G. White affirms this purpose in Christ’s Object Lessons, p. 69: “When the character of Christ shall be perfectly reproduced in His people, then He will come to claim them as His own.” Education that cultivates Christlike character prepares individuals to serve with compassion, lead with integrity, and live with eternal purpose. At its highest level, teaching becomes a preparation not only for life’s work, but for readiness for the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Preaching

PREACHING

What Should We Preach?

“Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all longsuffering and doctrine.”
2 Timothy 4:2

At Triple Mission (3M), preaching is anchored in the Word of God. We believe Scripture is the authoritative revelation of truth and the foundation of all faithful proclamation. To preach the Word is to uplift Jesus Christ, who is Himself the living Word.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth.” John 1:1–3, 14

Jesus Christ is the center of all true preaching. The Scriptures testify of Him, revealing His character, His mission, and His plan of redemption.

“Search the Scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of Me.” John 5:39

Present Truth and the Message for Our Time

While Christ remains the center of our message, we recognize that God has entrusted this generation with specific truths to proclaim. Faithful preaching does not separate Christ from the message appointed for the time in which we live. As stated in Manuscript 33, 1897: “The present truth, the special message given to our world… comprehends a vast field, containing heavenly treasures. No one can preach Christ and present the truth as it is in Jesus unless he presents the truths that are to come before the people at the present time.”

To preach Christ fully is to proclaim Him within the context of present truth, calling people to repentance, faith, obedience, and preparation for what lies ahead.

The Goal of Our Preaching

The ultimate purpose of preaching Jesus and His message is preparation for His soon return. “Looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God…” 2 Peter 3:12.  “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14

The gospel is to be proclaimed to all people, in every nation, as a final witness of God’s love, justice, and mercy. This sacred responsibility requires messengers who are called, sent, and faithful.

“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” Romans 10:14–15

HEALING

Healing Through God’s Appointed Means

“Their fruit shall be for food, and their leaves for medicine.” - Ezekiel 47:12

At Triple Mission (3M), healing is understood as a sacred partnership between divine power and the laws God has established in nature. While there are many methods of healing practiced today, we affirm that Heaven approves a simple, balanced, and restorative approach.

Ellen G. White writes in Testimonies for the Church, vol. 5, p. 443, that God’s remedies are the simple agencies of nature. Pure air, clean water, proper nutrition, cleanliness, temperate living, and trust in God strengthen rather than weaken the body. These principles are accessible to all and promote lasting health without burdening the system. True healing does not rely on costly or harmful measures, but on wise, faithful stewardship of the body.

Healing and Prayer for the Sick

Healing is not only physical, but spiritual. Scripture and experience remind us that prayer plays a vital role in the ministry of restoration. As taught in The Ministry of Healing, pp. 229–230, we are called to present the needs of the sick to the Lord with calm faith, humility, and trust in His wisdom.

Because we do not always know what is best, our prayers are to be surrendered to God’s will. We ask for healing when it serves His glory and the good of the afflicted, and when healing is not granted, we ask for grace, comfort, and sustaining presence. In every circumstance, Christ remains the Advocate and compassionate Healer, whose love exceeds our understanding.

Restoring Health by Honoring God’s Laws

Disease is often the body’s effort to correct conditions that arise from violating the laws of health. True healing seeks not merely to suppress symptoms, but to address underlying causes. As stated in The Ministry of Healing, p. 127, unhealthy habits must be corrected, harmful conditions removed, and nature supported in her work of restoration.

God’s plan for healing includes pure air, sunlight, temperance, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, and trust in divine power. These are Heaven’s remedies, designed to restore balance, strengthen vitality, and promote lasting well-being.

Standing for Truth

Healing ministry is also a stand for truth in a world filled with confusion and compromise. To uphold God’s principles of health, faith, and obedience requires courage and conviction. “To stand for Truth when champions are few—that will be our test.”

At Triple Mission (3M), healing is more than recovery from illness. It is a call to live in harmony with God’s design, to care for the body as His temple, and to prepare mind, body, and spirit for eternity.
